are accepted only upon contacting us within 7days from receipt
of signature. Items showing signs of wear or those that
have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will
not be accepted for return. Any return not conforming to
this policy will be declined. Package Your Return by including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a velvet box and that box is not returned or damaged you will be liable for its replacement cost. Insure Your Package for the total amount of the invoice Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return and forfeiture of any compensation. |
